TECHNOSEA srl presents
the new TechnoSEA-Lanternet for the
oysters farming and molluscs stocking.
The lanterns are constructed in polyethylene and
therefore without any maintenance.
The opening
and the closing of the external netting, for the
access inside the structure, are regulated from
a tape of high resistance-VELCRO .
So, opening
and closing are a simple and fast
operations and at the same time the VELCRO
guarantees an optimal helding power to the tear
and the aggression of the marine water.
The shelf number can be up to 15.
The dimensions of
every base, constructed with net PE of variable
mesh, has a diameter of 355 mm, the
distances between two shelf is 150 mm
approx.
Polyethylene
buoys for the floating long-lines systems in mussel farming.
The
buoys can be supplied with compressed air fillings (1.5 bar) and safety valve,
with expanded polysthyrene filling for max 5-mt use or with fillings in
expanded closed cell polyurethane for in depth use. The floating thrusts
available are 60, 80, 115, 160 and 180 lt/thrust. The 115 lt type is normally
used as interline buoy and the 160 lt one as head link buoy.
Ropes
and braids
On request, twisted ropes with 3 or 4 strands are available in:
Polypropylene, Danline, nylon (polyamide), polyesthere.
Braids and double braids in :
High and medium strength polyesthere.

They are available in various sizes.
Multilayer
systems for oyster farming
The
multilayer supports for oyster farming are simple and effective systems of
intensive farming and they are composed of basic plastic elements and frame in
soaked zinced steel. Each frame can host up to 7 boxes, which can contain
about 15-20 medium sized oysters each. This system, which is besides
cost-effective, can be used to store other types of shellfish (clams,etc).
PE
baskets for oyster farming
These handy farming systems are
manufactured in PE and need no maintenance and last for a number of years.
They are perfectly appropriate for sea water use, and they can be piled up to
create multilevel systems of suspension.

and supply fully equipped boats especially tailored for oyster farming. It is
possible to supply accessories only.
“Long-lines” farm plants design
TECHNOSEA srl offers services of design for systems of mussel, oyster and razor-clam farming in floating, half-floating and submersed long lines. The latter, of Scottish origin is mainly employed for off-shore
farming.
