Equipped buoys – RUSS & ENVIRO VB-1000

 

RUSS system (Remote Underwater Sampling Station) apt for use at 25, 50, 100, 150 and 250 m depth (3 mooring lines).

 

 

 

 

FLOATING MONITORING SYSTEM WITH AUTOMATIC PROFILER AND MULTIPARAMETRAL SOUNDING LINE

ENVIRO VB-100 system, apt for use at maximum 25 m depth (2 mooring lines);

It is a buoy with 3 elements joint by an aluminium structure, resistant to unfavourable environmental conditions. Up to 3 photovoltaic panels (225 W) can be installed on the three floating items. They can recharge up to 6 100 Ah batteries, installed in the proper watertight compartment. The buoy is fitted with signalling light.

 


 

 

Profiler
The profiler consists of 2 cylindrical containers and the sounding line. Its floating features are modified by inflow or outflow of water in order to set it to the desired depth with 30 cm precision. The control unit of system sets the sounding line along the water column by using the reading from a depth sensor the sounding line is fitted with. The unit is fitted with an internal data logger for the tele-transmission of data memorised through GSM modem, radio or satellite devices. the parameters that the sounding line is able to measure are: depth, temperature, dissolved oxygen , salinity, ORP, conductivity, PH, Redox, turbidity and chlorophyll. As regards fresh water, the following are available: ammonium/ammonia, nitrates and chlorides.
